Setup & Training Onboarding and training

Your Speak2 system fully configured and ready for use. 1.5 days of in-person, classroom training. Our resident, family, and staff materials, SOPs and our unmatched daily training for 30 days. Regular support and live training continues throughout your subscription.

Speak2 platform features for unlimited staff, resident, vendor and family users. Unlimited access to our web, Apple, Google, and TV apps. EHR and pendant integration included. 

Choose the interface—web, mobile, or TV app—that best fits each user’s needs.

Alexa Optional Alexa devices

monthly

For those residents that would benefit from an Alexa device, you can purchase and easily add to our platform.

The $5 cost is in addition to other costs and can vary monthly based on usage.

Hourly

There is an hourly rate for any complex or unique integrations defined with clear scope and timelines.

There is no cost to exisiting integrations or simple API integrations under 10 hours to execute.

We had an event in the building today. The construction site just north of us broke the gas line.  The authorities shut the building down-nobody was able to go in or out of the building. I had just stepped out of the building and was unable to come back l in.  However, because of my Speak2 app I was able to communicate with all of the Residents throughout the whole event.Just thought I would share!!
